Light Technologies provides software development, web development, custom application development, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or contracts.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Light Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Ownership of deliverables and intellectual property rights will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions as outlined in the contract.
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our services. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Light Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We respect the confidentiality of information shared by our clients. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information as outlined in individual service agreements or non-disclosure agreements.
Service level agreements (SLAs) and support terms will be specified in individual contracts. We strive to provide timely support and maintain high service availability, but specific guarantees will be outlined in your service agreement.
Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services, and we will provide any deliverables completed up to the termination date as outlined in the contract.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
